Position: Business Development Executive
Company: MYCPE ONE
Location: Ahmedabad
Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (IST)
Cab Drop Facility: Provided

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to lead our expansion efforts in the US region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and mass mailing, and a proven ability to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors within the US outsourcing space.
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan aligned with company goals.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify potential leads using advanced techniques and tools.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through online research, referrals, and networking.

3. Cold Calling & Communication

  • Execute effective cold calling campaigns to introduce our services to prospective clients.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to specific client needs and challenges.

4. Mass Mailing Campaigns

  • Design and run targeted email campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
  • Create impactful content and marketing collateral to enhance engagement.

5. Negotiation & Sales Closure

  • Follow up with prospects to close deals and secure long-term business.
  • Prepare pricing proposals and negotiate contracts ensuring mutual benefit.

6. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment on business goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
