Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
