Job Description

Business Development Executive – International Business

We at Medico Sattva Healthcare are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our international sales team. This role focuses on expanding our global footprint by identifying new markets, building strong relationships with international clients, and driving export sales of our medical disposables and surgical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential international markets and customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, importers, and healthcare providers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and after-sales support.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including production, quality, and logistics to ensure smooth export operations.
  • Monitor international market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
  • Participate in international trade shows, webinars, and client meetings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in international business development, preferably in medical devices or healthcare products.
  • Strong understanding of export-import procedures, documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet targets.
  • Comfortable with international travel as required.
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
