Key Responsibilities •
Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calls
Build relationships with decision-makers and operational heads •
Achieve monthly targets for client onboarding and first-trip conversions •
Maintain pipeline reports, visit logs, and daily activity records •
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience •
Follow up regularly to convert interest into active business
