What You’ll Do :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC & IBMS sectors.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
• Drive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Generate leads, follow up, and close deals.
• Conduct market research and track competitors to stay ahead.

What we’re looking for :

• Experience: Fresher or 1+ years in business development or sales (HVAC & IBMS industry preferred).
• Proven success: Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Team spirit: A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
• Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
