a Role & Responsibilities As a Business Development Executive at Tallento.ai, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and promoting our tech-driven recruitment platform. Identify and connect with: Coaching Institutes, Schools, Colleges, Universities IT Companies, Software Firms, Tech Startups Pitch Tallento.ai is hiring platform through in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual demos Conduct local visits to meet key decision-makers (Founders, Principals, HRs, Admin Heads) Meet monthly business targets (minimum 5x of salary in client billing) Coordinate with internal recruitment and onboarding teams for smooth client servicing Maintain thorough documentation of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and payment status Report daily sales activity and lead status updates Roles & responsibilities Who Should Apply 1-4 years of experience in B2B / Field Sales, preferably in EdTech, HR Tech, or SaaS Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages Must own a smartphone and be willing to travel locally Energetic, self-driven, and confident when interacting with senior decision-makers Familiarity with CRM tools, cold outreach, and sales reporting tools Background or existing contacts in the education or IT hiring sectors are highly desirable Perks & Benefits Attractive incentive slabs for each client are closed Fast-track growth in a rapidly scaling tech startup Certificate of experience and long-term core BD opportunities Regular performance-based recognition and bonuses
