Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard

    new clients

    (schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate clients).
  • Generate and qualify

    leads

    through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain

    strong client relationships

    to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Pitch and explain Tallento.ai's

    AI-powered recruitment solutions

    to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the

    operations and HR recruitment teams

    to ensure a seamless client experience and candidate delivery.
  • Analyse market trends and share

    feedback

    with the product and leadership teams to refine services.
  • Achieve and exceed

    monthly sales and business development targets

    .
  • Attend

    meetings, industry events, and webinars

    to represent the brand and identify potential business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in

    Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related fields

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    .
  • High

    adaptability and eagerness to learn

    .
  • Basic understanding of

    sales and marketing principles

    .

For Experienced Candidates

  • 5 years of experience in

    B2B sales, EdTech sales, recruitment sales, or related fields

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding

    sales targets

  • Strong

    presentation and closing skills

    with decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools and lead management systems

Compensation

  • Freshers:

    2.5 LPA 3.5 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)
  • Experienced:

    3.5 LPA 6 LPA (Fixed + Performance-based Incentives)

    Monday to Saturday
