Job Description

Role Objectives Drive business growth by generating new leads and converting them into clients. Handle client interactions, present services, and maintain strong business relationships. Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Core Deliverables Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients. Generate qualified leads through calls, networking, and follow-ups. Schedule meetings/demos and assist in client presentations. Maintain accurate records in CRM and track the sales pipeline. Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-ups for closure. Ensure professional communication and client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Skills Required Mandatory: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities Confidence in handling B2B client interactions Preferred (Add-on): Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
