Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold calling, and networking.
  • Bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
  • Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with marketing & tech teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Keep CRM updated (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho) and share sales reports regularly.

Requirements:

  • Freshers with excellent communication & negotiation skills OR 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales (IT/Software preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of bidding platforms & proposal writing.
  • Good research, presentation & client handling skills.
  • Willingness to learn global sales processes and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • BDE: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
