Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Haris&Co, Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, conducting briefings and proposals, and closing clients to help us expand our reach and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
β Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
β Conduct initial briefings with prospective clients to understand their needs.
β Present tailored service proposals and pitches effectively.
β Close deals and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
β Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
β Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions.
β Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead management.
β Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and deal progress in the CRM.
β Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate insights into client engagement.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
β Bachelor's or Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
β Proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or related services.
β Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
β Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
β Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
β Good understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
β Ability to analyze client requirements and craft compelling proposals.
β Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
β Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
β Prior experience in business development or client consulting.
β Knowledge of social media, SEO, SEM, or content marketing.
β Experience working in a target-driven environment.
