Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your role is to connect with incoming leads, understand their needs through initial conversations, qualify them based on a set of simple questions, and share the right opportunities with our sales team. This ensures our team can focus on high-potential clients while you set the stage for meaningful discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with leads generated from marketing campaigns, ads, and referrals.
Conduct introductory calls to understand client requirements.
Qualify leads by asking predefined questions and evaluating potential.
Maintain clear, accurate records of client interactions.
Coordinate with the sales team by passing on qualified leads.
Represent the company professionally and positively in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to listen actively and make clients feel comfortable.
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in sharing client information.
Comfortable speaking in English and local languages.
Previous experience in client engagement, telecalling, or pre-sales is a plus.

Salary:
Experience: 1–2 years Annual Salary Range: Avg ~ ₹3 L
Typical Monthly Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Commission
