Job Description:

Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Noida Extension
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Industry Preference: Automobile / 2-Wheeler Electric Vehicle (EV)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions to increase sales.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and opportunities.
• Support the marketing team in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events.
• Provide timely reports and updates to the management regarding business development activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development/Sales (preferably in Automobile or EV industry).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
