Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the e-waste or recycling sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and drafting skills and will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, documentation, and driving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into clients for e-waste disposal and recycling services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and government bodies.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Prepare and draft proposals, quotations, sales reports, and business emails.
• Coordinate with the operations team for service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and trends in e-waste management.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong drafting skills for emails, proposals, and reports
• Presentation and client meeting coordination
• Knowledge of e-waste industry (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications:
