About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify & generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client requirements & propose solutions
• Prepare & deliver presentations to potential clients
• Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/IT or relevant field
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / IT Services
• Salerly +incentive
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong negotiation & persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
