Business Development Executive (BDE)

Forwardcode Techstudio is looking for two enthusiastic and smart female Business Development Executives to join our Jamshedpur office. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh BCA graduates who are confident, tech-aware, and possess strong communication skills in English — both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain the company’s software services and solutions to potential clients.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through online research, social media, and lead platforms.
• Reach out to prospective leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
• Draft proposals, emails, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Schedule meetings, calls, and demos between leads and the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines.
• Support the senior sales team in preparing sales reports and market research insights.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Must be a graduate in Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).
• Gender: Female candidates only
• Experience: Freshers are welcome.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jamshedpur.

Key Skills

• Excellent English communication skills — verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of software/IT services (training will be provided).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Good with MS Office and internet-based research.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn business processes.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
