Job Description Experience – 3 – 6 years Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Chennai We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our business growth and foster lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and strategic thinker with a proven track record of identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities. Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, email outreach, networking, and attending industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of client requirements. Negotiate contracts and agreements Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Qualification/Skills: Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3- 6 years of experience in corporate / institutional / enterprise sales and channel sales will be an added advantage. Prior experience in Telecom / IT / Office automation – Product / Solution sales is necessary Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Adept at building and nurturing client relationships. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficiency in using CRM software / MS Office Suite and other sales tools . Willingness to travel as needed.
