Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive + Counsellor with 1–2 years of experience. This role is ideal for someone who can engage with students, support the business development team, and assist in managing day-to-day operations of training programs.


Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling & Sales

  • Interact with prospective students to understand their background and career interests
  • Share program details and guide them in selecting the right training
  • Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Maintain communication logs and support the team in meeting enrollment goals

2. Business Development Support

  • Assist in lead generation via calls and social media outreach
  • Support senior team members in building connections with:
  • • Colleges and training institutes
  • • Companies and recruiters for placement partnerships
  • Help coordinate outreach events like info sessions, webinars, or college visits

3. Program Coordination & Student Support

  • Help onboard students and ensure smooth access to resources
  • Coordinate with trainers, operations, and placement teams to resolve student queries
  • Track attendance, engagement, and share feedback to improve experience

4. Team Collaboration & Learning

  • Work closely with senior counsellors and BDEs to learn and grow
  • Maintain accurate CRM or tracking records for leads and students
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to internal tasks and activities


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
  • Basic knowledge of tools like MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRMs
