Business Development Executive (BDE)

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at CodeSapient Technologies, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Web Development domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities for Web Development services through platforms like Upwork, PPH, Guru, and Freelancer. - Engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting tailored web solutions. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth. - Generating leads, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing deals. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 3 months-1 year of experience in business development. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated with a positive attitude. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Business Development, preferably in IT or Web Development services, is preferred. Additionally, having a strong knowledge of Upwork and other freelancing platforms for lead generation will be beneficial. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, be self-motivated and target-driven with a problem-solving mindset, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
