Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0.5 - 5 years Industry: EdTech / Education / Sales About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the EdTech industry or come from a Life Sciences, BE, BCA, or BTech background, with a passion for helping learners grow and thrive. If you're a strong communicator with a knack for building relationships and a genuine interest in sales and education, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential students and working professionals through calls, emails, and meetings. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable educational products and solutions. Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to conversion. Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, BE, BTech, or BCA if your a fresher Prior experience in EdTech Industry is a plus. Strong interest in sales, business development, and education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical/academic products and explain them clearly. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a good team player.
