Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Freshers with internships may also apply) Industry: IT / SaaS / Tech Services About the Role We are seeking a result-driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Pitch IT services like Web Development, App Development, SaaS Solutions, Blockchain Solutions, etc. Understand client needs and present suitable solutions. Schedule and conduct meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects. Collaborate with internal teams (tech/marketing) to deliver tailored client solutions. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales, client handling, or lead generation (preferably in IT/SaaS domain). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them clearly to clients. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a dynamic startup culture. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT-related fields, B-Tech, BBA, BCA, MCA Internship or past work experience in an IT company or SaaS firm is highly preferred.
