Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential schools, students, and parents. Collect relevant data and build a strong sales pipeline. Client Interaction: Meet school coordinators, principals, and parents to explain product offerings. Conduct presentations, demos, and one-on-one meetings as required. Sales Conversion: Follow up with leads and inquiries to ensure maximum conversions. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Product Knowledge: Understand company products, offerings, and USPs thoroughly. Stay updated with ongoing offers, campaigns, and features. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily sales reports and client feedback logs. Update CRM or lead management tools regularly. Field Visits: Travel to assigned areas for meetings, follow-ups, and events. Represent the brand professionally in all external interactions. Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, onboarding, and operations teams for smooth delivery. Assist the onboarding team post-sales if required. Feedback & Improvement: Collect market insights and customer feedback to improve strategies. Suggest improvements in pitch, communication, and strategy. 🕒 Working Hours:Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (With flexibility based on field requirements)
