Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients to promote a range of furniture products. Conduct field visits to meet with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and B2B partners. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets and develop new leads through ground-level market research. Provide timely feedback on customer behavior, competitor activity, and market dynamics. Maintain and share daily/weekly reports with management to ensure alignment on sales progress. � � Candidate Profile: 2 to 5 years of field sales experience in Birla paints, plywood, hardware, or related sectors is mandatory. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven and capable of managing work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and direct client interactions.
