Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Identify and approach potential clients to promote a range of furniture products.  Conduct field visits to meet with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and B2B partners.  Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.  Achieve monthly sales targets and develop new leads through ground-level market research.  Provide timely feedback on customer behavior, competitor activity, and market dynamics.  Maintain and share daily/weekly reports with management to ensure alignment on sales progress. � � Candidate Profile:  2 to 5 years of field sales experience in Birla paints, plywood, hardware, or related sectors is mandatory.  Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.  Self-driven and capable of managing work independently with minimal supervision.  Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and direct client interactions.
