Job Role & Responsibilities: As a Career Development Executive (Sales), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building long-term relationships with professionals seeking career advancement through higher education. Key Responsibilities: ● Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently. ● Conduct cold calling to reach out to prospective working professionals. ● Effectively communicate the value of upskilling and the advantages of various programs. ● Schedule and conduct counseling sessions with interested candidates. ● Guide prospects through the enrollment process and convert leads into admissions. ● Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM systems. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Desired Candidate Profile: ● Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in EdTech or B2C). ● Education: Graduate/Postgraduate with strong academic background. ● Skills & Attributes: ○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ○ High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented. ○ Persuasive and confident with strong negotiation skills. ○ Professional appearance and good personality. ○ No academic or employment gaps.
