We are expanding rapidly and are on the lookout for dynamic leaders who can build strong market presence and onboard local businesses to our platform. Role Overview As a Business Development Executive (Team Leader), you will be responsible for leading a team of 5–8 members to drive vendor acquisition and onboarding in smaller regional markets. You will play a key role in expanding Zuvy Store’s vendor network, training your team, and ensuring smooth vendor–customer interactions on the platform. This is a high-ownership role, ideal for someone who loves market interaction, team leadership, and building meaningful business partnerships. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 5–8 field executives for vendor onboarding. Identify and reach out to local vendors, stores, and small businesses to bring them onto the Zuvy platform. Deliver compelling sales pitches and communicate the benefits of the platform to potential vendors. Conduct regular training sessions for your team and vendors on app usage, onboarding processes, and operational flow. Act as a bridge between vendors and customers, ensuring smooth coordination and problem resolution. Monitor team performance and provide strategic guidance to achieve business targets.
