Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Identify, research, and connect with universities, R&D institutes, startups, and corporates for IP service offerings.
  • Qualify leads and nurture relationships through structured outreach campaigns.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including deans, directors, startup founders, and innovation managers.
  • Present tailored IP solutions to meet client needs and secure long-term retainerships.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful B2B campaigns and events.
  • Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Use CRM tools to track prospects, manage interactions, and ensure smooth sales cycles.
  • Consultative Selling
  • Understand client requirements deeply to position Lexgin’s services as strategic IP partners, not just service providers.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations customized to different client segments.
  • Market Research & Insights
  • Analyze competitors, industry trends, and institutional IP policies to refine sales approaches.
  • Share client insights with the leadership team to improve Lexgin’s offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Education: UG/PG in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, Management, or Law preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for innovation and intellectual property services.
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
