📞 Job Title: Telesales Executive – Stock Advisory🏢 Industry: Financial Services / Stock Market Advisory📍 Location: [Customizable – e.g., Bengaluru , Remote]🕒 Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM💼 Employment Type: Full-time 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote stock advisory services and explain investment opportunities. Lead Conversion: Convert leads into active clients by understanding their financial goals and offering tailored stock recommendations. Advisory Support: Communicate recommendations from the technical research team to clients, including buy/sell signals and market trends. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI and retail clients through regular follow-ups and updates. Market Updates: Provide clients with timely information on market movements, news flows, and portfolio performance. Sales Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and sales progress using CRM tools. 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus) Basic understanding of stock market concepts (candlestick patterns, technical indicators, etc.) Ability to explain complex financial ideas in simple terms Prior experience in telesales or financial advisory preferred Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline
