Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive – Solar Division
Location: Calicut, Kerala
Experience: 2–5 years in solar/renewable energy
Employment Type: Full-time

We are diversified business conglomerate with verticals in energy, infrastructure, technology, and investments. The company’s solar division is focused on driving clean energy adoption through innovative and sustainable solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth in solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects.- Generate and convert leads from corporate, government, and individual clients.- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project feasibility discussions.- Coordinate with technical teams for proposals, project costing, and solutions.- Keep track of MNRE/state policies, subsidies, and renewable energy trends.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of proven sales/business development experience in the solar/renewable energy sector.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, EPC process, net metering, and government subsidy structures.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently with strong result orientation.- Engineering/Business degree preferred; MBA in Marketing is an advantage.- Willingness to travel across Kerala and other regions as required.
