Job Title: Business Development Executive Job Type: [Full-Time] Location: [Panchkula IT Park, Chandigarh] Job Summary: Aqlix Solutions Pvt Ltd. is looking for an experienced BDE with 3–4 years of success in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads through various channels Nurture leads through the sales funnel and convert them to clients Develop and maintain long-term client relationships Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 3–4 years of experience in business development or B2B/B2C sales Strong communication, lead management, and negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently Benefits: Competitive salary Career growth opportunities Training and certification support Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred) Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Lead generation: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
