Job Description

Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential clients through calls, meetings, and online platforms. Explain project details and arrange site visits. Conduct project presentations and assist clients during the decision-making process. Maintain good relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular reports. Update and manage client details in CRM. Requirements: Strong communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred). Experience in Real Estate / Insurance / Banking Sales will be an added advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Own vehicle preferred for client meetings and site visits.
