Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Finding potential clients through market analysis, networking and research.

Generate leads by Google, cold calls, direct walk-ins, personal references, LinkedIn, emails, social media or by attending industrial events.

Develope a solid sales and qualifying prospects with given leads from Meta or Google ads, but this will only make up a portion of your total prospecting. Leads of Meta and google ads provided with a limit for first 2 months, you should handle the remaining prospecting tasks.

Monthly conversions and appropriate follow-ups in accordance with target for initial months will be 10 times your CTC.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Prepare project proposals, presentations, based on client requirements.

Completing transactions and contract negotiations to reach or exceed sales targets.

It is necessary to ensure that contract renewals are done on time.

Coordinate with internal sales team to guarantee successfull service.

Client Relationship Management

develope and maintain relationship with new an existing clients on a long term basis.

Understanding client needs and prepare proposals with suitable services, including upselling or cross selling.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all your accounts. Please take note that a WhatsApp group will be formed with the important individuals from Accolades and the customers end, who are involved in the project in order to provide service. As the primary contact, you have an important role in maintaining a communication system, where the complete service handle backend team.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify the trends, opportunities, also monitor threats in offerings, pricing, and strategies of competitors.

Reporting:

Records in Google Sheets must be maintained accurately with daily work updates as in the format provided at the time of joining. Report sales performance, client feedback, and forecasting revenue directly to MD. Your daily sales report must be updated every day. Daily Sales Report is used to calculate the attendance or otherwise, will be considered absent.

Attending Events & Networking:

Representing the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, or trade shows

for building a professional network with potential partners and stakeholders

promoting brand awareness and company values.

Leaving for the sales meeting should be informed in the group or HR department in advance. Incase of an early meeting, should be informed the day before.

There should be at least 5 prospects calls a day.
