Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Bayfield Food Ingredients, a fast-growing provider of high-quality food ingredients based in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in supporting our expansion strategy. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, identifying and onboarding new B2B customers, expanding our network of channel partners, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Identify and onboard new B2B customers - Expand our network of channel partners - Build and manage strong customer relationships Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or the food industry - Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills - Technical understanding of food ingredients is a plus - Willingness to travel within the region At Bayfield Food Ingredients, we offer a dynamic sales + technical role in the food industry with ample growth and development opportunities.
