Job Description

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE'S JD

Basic Functions

Responsible for documentation, interacting with the Technical heads & Proposal heads on the business needs.
Should be highly self-motivated in achieving goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

Conducting market research to identify business potential and evaluate customer needs.
Setting up meetings with potential customers and assess their manufacturing issues and concerns.
Actively seeking out new opportunities through networking.
Delivering appropriate presentations on concepts to address their pain points and provide them measurable value.
Participating and networking on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences.
Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share them with internal teams.
Collaborating with the design, production and engineering team to design concepts to suit the needs of the customer.

Qualifications

Must be an Engineering Graduate or Diploma in EEE, ECE and E&I;
Preferably with above average performance in the above qualifications;
Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.

Knowledge & Skills

Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a result driven approach
Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and presentation skills.
Learning and understanding the market space
Should have the skill in understanding the manufacturing processes of different industries.
Should possess the skill in articulating the functional result / benefit of the proposed solutions, keeping the technology in mind.
Should have the desire and aspiration in learning new process application.
