Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Territory Management: Effectively managing and expanding the assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities within the Gems & Jewellery sector.
Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with gem cutters, jewellers, gem dealers, and other industry stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of lab testing services and the Gems & Jewellery industry to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Sales Pitch: Delivering compelling sales pitch and demonstrations to potential clients in the Gems & Jewellery industry.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-ups with Gems & Jewellery clients.

Required Functional Knowledge:
