Role & responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Effectively managing and expanding the assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities within the Gems & Jewellery sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with gem cutters, jewellers, gem dealers, and other industry stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of lab testing services and the Gems & Jewellery industry to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Sales Pitch: Delivering compelling sales pitch and demonstrations to potential clients in the Gems & Jewellery industry.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-ups with Gems & Jewellery clients.

Required Functional Knowledge:

  • Product Knowledge: Understanding gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery.
  • Sales Techniques: Proficiency in sales strategies for the Gems & Jewellery market.
  • Market Trends: Awareness of current trends and consumer preferences.
