About the Role:

Outbound Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects in the US market.
  • Present company offerings clearly and effectively to decision-makers.
  • Build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Identify opportunities and convert leads into qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
  • Previous experience in outbound calling / international BPO / lead generation is an advantage.
  • Ability to engage confidently with US-based clients.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in
