Job Title: Outbound Calling Executive (Night Shift – US Process) Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office) About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outbound Calling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in the USA, engaging them with our services, and scheduling meetings/closing opportunities. This is a night shift, office-based position . Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospects in the US market. Present company offerings clearly and effectively to decision-makers. Build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs. Identify opportunities and convert leads into qualified prospects. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Collaborate with the sales team for smooth client onboarding. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred). Previous experience in outbound calling / international BPO / lead generation is an advantage. Ability to engage confidently with US-based clients. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings) . Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
