Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business Developer to drive sales and create new business opportunities in PHP-based domains such as WordPress, Shopify, and Front-End, as well as in Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have a proven sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve targets and successfully close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Identify and generate leads, create sales strategies, and close deals in the PHP web development space.
• Client Interaction: Manage client meetings, negotiations, and relationships to secure long-term business.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report on sales performance.
• Collaboration: Work with the marketing and technical teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to position the company effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or software development sector.
• Sales Skills: Strong ability to close deals, negotiate terms, and achieve sales targets.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Client Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
