Position Overview
We are looking to onboard a Business Development Executive to spearhead the sales of our Industry software applications and business process solutions. Candidates with prior experience in industrial hardware sales are welcome, provided they demonstrate a strong interest in technology and are eager to transition into software sales.This role requires a confident, tech-savvy professional with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.________________________________________
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, market research, and on-ground client visits
- Sell software products and solutions aligned with business process improvements
- Meet and exceed defined sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions with client stakeholders
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to deliver customized proposals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Provide market feedback and insights to support product positioning and development

Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate & MBA in Sales & Marketing
- 1–4 years of B2B sales experience (Industry hardware or software)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and self-motivated with a "hunter" mindset
- Tech-savvy with a strong willingness to learn software tools and business process solutions
- Proficient in using MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools
- Willingness to travel regularly for client engagement and lead generation
