As a Business Development Executive at Asia Web Solution in Mohali, your main responsibilities will include: - Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities - Understanding and meeting client requirements - Achieving monthly revenue targets To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum 6 months of experience in lead generation (freshers are also welcome) - Sound knowledge of IT technologies - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Proactive, creative thinker with self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset - Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills This is a full-time position with flexible day and night shifts scheduled from Monday to Friday. The salary offered aligns with market standards. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement.
