Job Description

We are Hiring Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies to achieve admission targets.

2. Identify and nurture leads through calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital campaigns.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions (Tutorials), Colleges, Schools and students.

4. Conduct counseling sessions to help prospective students choose suitable career-oriented courses.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, events, and seminars (4 seminars and 4 webinars per month).

6. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive / Counselor / Admission Officer in the education or training industry (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Target-driven attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
