Business Development Executive

Qualification: B. E / B. Tech

Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in technical and commercial bid preparation, ensuring high-quality tender submissions.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to technical queries with accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with the estimation team and manage coordination with vendors, from enquiry preparation to offer evaluation.
• Perform technical and commercial offer evaluations in line with project requirements.
• Support contract reviews, negotiations, and drive successful deal closures.
• Maintain a structured and systematic documentation process throughout.
• Take initiative in research and lead generation to identify new business opportunities.
• Exhibit a sound understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in Estimation / Proposals within EPC or related domains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for business opportunities and client engagements.
• Strong interest in business research, market intelligence, and strategic growth initiatives.
