Job Description

Industry: Oil & Gas | Power | Water Treatment Position Type: Permanent Qualification: B. E / B. Tech Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities: Engage in technical and commercial bid preparation, ensuring high-quality tender submissions. Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to technical queries with accuracy and clarity. Collaborate with the estimation team and manage coordination with vendors, from enquiry preparation to offer evaluation. Perform technical and commercial offer evaluations in line with project requirements. Support contract reviews, negotiations, and drive successful deal closures. Maintain a structured and systematic documentation process throughout. Take initiative in research and lead generation to identify new business opportunities. Exhibit a sound understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in Estimation / Proposals within EPC or related domains. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as needed for business opportunities and client engagements. Strong interest in business research, market intelligence, and strategic growth initiatives.
