Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the frontline of Archism’s growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, pitch our solutions, and build strong relationships with builders, developers, manufacturers, and real estate professionals.


Key Responsibilitie

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, networking, social platforms, events).
  • Understand client needs and effectively pitch Archism's services and products.
  • Schedule and conduct product demos and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Keep CRM updated with lead status, meeting notes, and follow-up activities.
  • Provide feedback from the market to improve product offerings and positioning.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in real estate, construction tech, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to grasp new tools and platforms quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
