Business Development Executive (Cold Calling / IT Sales)


📍 Remote – Servicing USA, Dubai & India Markets


💼 Compensation

  • Fixed: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,20,000 per annum
  • Variable Incentives: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,80,000 per annum
  • Total Potential: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum


⏰ Shift Options (IST)


  • Shift A: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM (1.5-hour break included)
  • Shift B: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (1.5-hour break included)

Business Development Executives (Cold Calling / IT Sales)


🔹 Key Responsibilities


  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct professional outreach and deliver sales presentations.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities in CRM tools.


🔹 Qualifications


  • Education:

    Graduate (Pass-out year 2022, 2023, 2024, or earlier).
  • Experience:

    1–3 years of experience preferred in Sales, Cold Calling, or IT/Digital Marketing Sales (candidates with less than 1 year may also apply). Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Strong communication, Active listener, persuasion, and client handling skills.
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and adaptable to international markets (USA, Dubai, India).
  • Willingness to work in either Shift A or Shift B.
