Job Description

Role & responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities for firm to growth.

* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* Leverage Linkedin outreach and corporate connects to drive meetings and collaborations.

* Conduct cold calling and follow-ups with prospective clients.

* Qualify leads and schedule meetings with senior partner for detailed discussions.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Meet monthly sales targets and reporting goals.

* Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation.

* Stay updated with market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within professional services (CA firm).

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
