Position Overview

Business Development Manager (Channel Sales)

The incumbent will play a key role in executing sales strategies, achieving financial targets, and driving growth across home and commercial security verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with

  system integrator partners, channel partners, builders, architects, and consultants

  .
• Promote and specify

  Alba Urmet

  security solution offerings across relevant stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual

  sales targets

  for assigned verticals and territories.
• Prepare and present

  techno-commercial proposals

  , handle order processing, and ensure fulfillment, installation coordination, and after-sales service support.
• Contribute to

  forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning

  through a process-oriented approach.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
  

Required Qualifications

• Education:

  B.Tech / Engineering / Management Degree from a recognized institution or university.

• Experience:

  3–6 years of direct/channel sales experience in

  Electronic Security Systems

  .
• Experience in handling

  system integrators and channel partners

  is a must.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
