Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Channel Sales) to lead partner-driven sales initiatives across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding business with system integrators, channel partners, builders, architects, and interior designers for Alba Urmets range of Security Solutions . The incumbent will play a key role in executing sales strategies, achieving financial targets, and driving growth across home and commercial security verticals. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with system integrator partners, channel partners, builders, architects, and consultants . Promote and specify Alba Urmet security solution offerings across relevant stakeholders. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned verticals and territories. Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals , handle order processing, and ensure fulfillment, installation coordination, and after-sales service support. Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning through a process-oriented approach. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Required Qualifications Education: B.Tech / Engineering / Management Degree from a recognized institution or university. Experience: 3–6 years of direct/channel sales experience in Electronic Security Systems . Experience in handling system integrators and channel partners is a must. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical thinking and process orientation . Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. Customer-centric approach with strong negotiation abilities. Proficiency in preparing and explaining techno-commercial offers .
