1. Responsible for developing the dealer network in India.
2. Cold calling on a daily basis.
3. Work with dealers and develop their customer base.
4. Visit potential customers with dealers, conduct data collection, and perform market surveys.
5. Conduct detailed process analysis at the customer end (for new customers) to provide the best solutions.
6. Contact and arrange visits to new customers to introduce the company and its products.
7. Convert customers and ensure smooth supply through dealers.
8. Contact and visit existing customers to address quality concerns.
9. Follow up with dealers regarding material requirements and payments.
10. Assist in acquiring new business and attracting new customers.
11. Provide training to new customers on how to use the companys products and also train dealers on problem-solving techniques.
12. Conduct meetings with dealers and be responsible for sales conversions.
13. Conduct timely customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback regarding the organization's services and product quality.
14. Perform market analysis to identify key focus areas.
15. Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop business strategies.
16. Answer questions from clients about product and service benefits.
17. Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
18. Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
19. Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
20. Attend trade shows and travel to meet clients as needed.
