Job duties & responsibilities:
· Managing reception area of office
· Handling incoming calls and other communications.
· Managing filing system.
· Recording information as needed.
· Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
· Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
· Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
· Making and receiving office calls
· Coordination for pick up of cheques
· Initial recovery calls
· May be required to do bank work whenever need arises
· Organizing travel and hotel bookings for office employees whenerever required
· Doing office clerical work
· Coordinating for events
Job specifications:
Qualification: Any Graduate ( commerce background preferred )
Experience: Fresher /1- 2 years of experience
