Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition

• Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead-generation activities.
  
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos to understand requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  
• Develop proposals, quotations, and business agreements in coordination with internal teams.
  
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely onboarding of new clients.
  

2. Franchise Development

• Identify potential markets and locations for franchise expansion.
  
• Source and evaluate franchise inquiries, screening prospects based on financial capability and interest.
  
• Explain franchise model, investment structure, ROI, and operational requirements to prospects.
  
• Conduct franchise presentations, discovery calls, and site visits with interested partners.
  
• Lead end-to-end franchise onboarding including documentation, agreement signing, and fee collection.
  

3. Franchise Rollout & Operations

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Training, Legal) for smooth franchise launch.
  
• Ensure timely completion of pre-launch activities such as site approval, branding, setup, licenses, and staff hiring.
  
• Monitor rollout timelines, track progress, and resolve any operational bottlenecks.
  
• Support franchise partners in setting up initial business processes, product/service training, and system implementation.
  

4. Market Expansion & Strategy

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  
• Work on business expansion strategies including cluster development and territory mapping.
  
• Prepare regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates for management.
