We work with top brands and creators, and are now building a high-performing team to drive growth through PR campaigns, paid ads, content marketing, and more. 🚀 Role Overview We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Executive to bring in new clients for our Digital Marketing & PR vertical. You will be responsible for identifying leads, building relationships, and closing retainers across industries like D2C, real estate, education, and hospitality. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Source and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, JustDial, referrals, and local networks Reach out to prospects via WhatsApp, email, and direct calls to set up meetings Conduct sales presentations and pitch Zapplr’s services (PR, Instagram growth, Meta & Google ads, SEO, etc.) Share proposals and follow up to convert leads into long-term retainers Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and brief handovers Maintain lead records and track progress using internal CRM systems Consistently achieve monthly lead and sales targets ✅ Who You Are 0–2 years experience in sales or business development (preferably in agency, media, or digital industry) Fluent in English (Malayalam is a plus) with excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, outgoing, and persistent in following up with leads Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and brand growth Comfortable with outbound outreach and direct pitching Highly driven, self-organized, and goal-focused 🎁 What You’ll Get Exposure to high-growth marketing projects across brands & industries Opportunity to work closely with the founder & leadership team Strong learning curve in digital, PR, influencer & client management Clear growth path toward a Sales Manager or Key Account role Show more Show less
