You will act as the face of our brand for potential partners, handling everything from lead generation to closing and nurturing long-term investor relationships.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and build a strong pipeline of potential individual investors, HNIs, and strategic partners.Pitch the investment opportunity and brand vision compellingly.Coordinate and participate in investor meetings (online/offline), presentations, and site visits.Work with the founding team to prepare investment decks, financials, and other supporting documents.Manage investor queries, support in negotiations, and facilitate legal/financial processes.Ensure consistent communication and relationship management with prospects and existing investors.Track performance, report progress, and optimize investor conversion rates.👤 Who You AreA persuasive sales professional with a network-driven mindset.Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, investment sales, or financial services is highly desirable.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently.Proficient in English; Malayalam proficiency is a strong advantage for local outreach.Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven startup culture.💰 CompensationFixed + Performance-Based Incentives or Commission-Only Model (depending on experience)Equity can be discussed for high-performing candidatesTravel expenses for site visits covered
